ETD 59/31/22 TRANSFORMERS

L/C Magnetics designs and manufactures a wide range of custom transformers using the ETD 59/31/22 ferrite core for high-frequency power conversion applications. These transformers can be configured for different power ratings, input and output voltages, turns ratios, winding arrangements, insulation requirements, and operating frequencies.

Depending on the application, ETD 59/31/22 transformers may use split-primary, interleaved, multi-section, or isolated winding constructions to improve coupling, reduce leakage inductance, and meet electrical performance requirements. Copper magnet wire, flexible leads, and custom bobbin arrangements can also be incorporated to suit power supplies, converters, inverters, battery chargers, industrial electronics, and other custom high-frequency systems.
