TRANSFORMER, 600 VA, 1 PH, 10 KHZ

The 600 VA 10 kHz transformer, P/N 19890, is a custom single-phase, high-frequency transformer designed with a 600 VAC primary and a 600 VAC secondary. Therefore, the transformer provides a nominal 1:1 voltage ratio while maintaining electrical isolation between the input and output windings.

The transformer uses a TDK ETD 59/31/22 ferrite core pair and a 24-pin bobbin. In addition, both the primary and secondary consist of two separate winding sections. This arrangement provides accessible center connection points and supports a practical winding layout for high-frequency power applications.

The following tests are performed:

     A.    Hi-Pot between pins (1, 12) for 3000 V peak.
     B.    Using an oscilloscope to measure 2.25 Volts peak-to-peak, 10 KHz at pins (1, 12).
     C.    Verify output at pins (13, 24) for 2.25 Volts peak-to-peak.
     D.    We do not have test equipment to apply 600 Volts RMS at 10 KHz on pins (1, 12).
