L/C Magnetics designs and manufactures Air Core CLRs with Fiberglass Enclosure for high-current and fault-current limiting applications. These current limiting reactors are custom engineered to reduce available short-circuit current while carrying the required continuous operating current with low losses and reliable performance.

L/C Magnetics can manufacture Air Core CLRs with Fiberglass Enclosure using aluminum or copper windings depending on the electrical, thermal, dimensional, and cost requirements of the application. Three individual single-phase reactors can also be supplied for use in a three-phase power system.
