Our engineering team will conduct an inspection and design based on your existing transformer to replace it with a new custom transformer specifically engineered and manufactured by L/C Magnetics. High current transformers are specialized instruments crafted to precisely measure and convert elevated current levels, thereby enhancing monitoring and protection with in various electrical systems. Specifications:
- Transformer: 10 KVA, 1 PH, 60 Hz, P/N 18699A
- Primary: 480 VAC, 21 Amps (Terminals 1 and 3)
- Secondary: 1 VAC, 10000 Amps
- If 480 VAC is connected to Terminals 1 and 2, secondary output voltage will be 4% higher
- Coupling between primary and secondary is minimal. Higher output voltage drop is expected on the secondary side.
- Primary copper bus bars 1/8” x 5/8” with one hole
- Window provided for customer supplied copper rod is 6” x 5.5”
- Open Core & Coil of each transformer: 12”H x 14”W x 6”D approximately
- Copper winding construction
