L/C Magnetics specializes in Scott-T Transformers, which is a unique type of electrical transformer designed to convert three-phase electrical systems into one or two-phase systems. For some background, the Scott-T transformer consists of two transformers: the “Scott” transformer and the “T” transformer. The “Scott” transformer is connected to two of the three phases, while the “T” transformer is connected in such a way that it creates a second phase that is 90 degrees out of phase with the first. This setup allows for the creation of a balanced two-phase output from an unbalanced three-phase input. With our expertise, we can offer custom-made Scott-T Transformers tailored to meet your specific requirements. Additionally, we provide jumper wires and enclosures to complete your installation if needed.
