L/C Magnetics is an Custom Designed Avionic Transformer specialist. All of our Avionic transformers are custom built to order and is tested at 3000 VAC Hi-pot to verify isolation between primary and secondary. Avionic transformers differ from regular transformers because they are specifically designed to operate in the demanding conditions of aerospace environments, where reliability, weight, and efficiency are critical. Unlike standard transformers, these transformers are built to withstand extreme temperatures, high altitudes, vibration, and electromagnetic interference while maintaining stable performance. Just like most required Avonic Transformers, we can provide you with 400 Hz rather than 50/60 Hz. Examples of the Avionic transformers are shown below. Click the photos for details.
