  • For 480 V Configuration:

If input and output are different, an autotransformer is required.  An example is shown below

If input (H1, H2) is 208 VAC, 1 PH and output (T1, T2, T3) is 230 VAC, 3 PH, then an autotransformer is required to convert the input (H1, H2) 208 VAC to (L1, L2) 230 VAC, 1 PH first to get 230 VAC L-L, 3 PH
