NEUTRAL GROUNDING REACTOR 20 MH, 60 HZ
A neutral grounding reactor (NGR) is an inductor connected between a power system’s neutral and ground to limit current during a ground fault. By adding inductive reactance, it reduces fault current, equipment damage, and thermal and arc-flash stress while maintaining system stability and controlling transient overvoltages. Moreover, NGRs are commonly used on generator and high-voltage system neutrals where controlled ground-fault current is needed, with protection schemes coordinated to account for the reduced—but not eliminated—fault current.
Specification:
- Neutral Grounding Reactor 20 mH, 60 Hz
- Continuous current: 15 A
- Short-time current withstand: 3000 A for 1 second
- Outdoor enclosure, minimum IP65
- Dust tight and water resistant
- Non-ventilated
